What you will be doing?
Here are some of the day- to-day tasks:
Ensuring that all customer tables and service areas are kept clean and well-prepped all the times
Manage Front of House team and ensure good communication lines with Back of House team
Schedule and organise rotas, work-shifts, holidays, and absentees of Front of House team members
Maintain stock inventory levels, place orders with suppliers and participate in stock takes
Make customers feel valued by creating a fun and relaxed environment for them to enjoy
Manage customer books, give customers a a warm welcome and serve them efficiently at the till
Take customer orders, bring food and drink to the table and make sure they have all they need
Follow all fire safety, health and safety, food hygiene and restaurant security measures and procedures
Train and mentor all new Front of House team members
Troubleshoot and escalate any problems or issues that may arise in the kitchen
Address and resolve customers complaints and make sure customer feedback is addressed promptly
